Every character platform has the same fine print: the characters are theirs. They can change a personality overnight, retire a companion someone talked to for years, and read every conversation.
Your Own AI inverts it. You author your AIs: name, personality, appearance, how they speak, what they remember. They run on your machine, their memories are yours to read and edit, and your history with them is stored in your own records, not on someone's server.
You never own people - but an AI you authored is yours.

The Your AIs page. Pick from 18 personalities - a caregiver, a joker, a sage, a rebel, an explorer - name them, and write what they're about.

Give them a face
Generate or crop a portrait in the editor.

Choose their mind
Any offline model on your machine, an online model, or Auto to let routing pick. Set how they speak, from conversational to thorough.

Shape their memory
They learn from your chats (pause anytime), you can hand them memories directly, and the Memory page shows everything they know - every entry editable, every entry deletable.

They persist
Conversations, personalities, and memories back up to your Flowsta Vault and come back on a new machine. Archive an AI and its history stays; restore it anytime.

Import a character: download a pack above, then in the app open Your AIs and choose Import AI. You'll see who's arriving - portrait, personality, and what they know - along with the signature verdict: a verified pack is signed by its maker and unchanged since. A pack whose contents don't match its signature is blocked. Imported characters start on "Auto - Offline Only"; change their model anytime.
Create your own: Your AIs → Create New AI. Pick one of 18 personalities, name them, give them a face, and choose how they speak. Then open their Knowledge and give them what makes them them - their history, their quirks, the things they'd say. Knowledge is what turns a personality into a character.
Share yours: edit any AI and choose Export AI. The pack carries the character and their knowledge - never your conversations or personal memories. Export signed (with your Flowsta identity, via your Vault) so anyone importing can verify it came from you, or unsigned for a plain file.
